The new owner of this 1940s Craftsman cottage chose to retain the look of the era  and at the same time update with clean lines and sustainable materials.

With the addition of a new porch, complete kitchen remodel, addition of upstair bathroom, and basement renovation, the cottage was converted into an efficient home blended with the client's personal style.
